Privacy Policy

Photos. Photos you upload are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your portrait, and are not used for training. Source photos are deleted from our systems immediately after generation.

Email addresses. We collect your email only to deliver the high-resolution portrait you purchased and to provide customer support.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Cookies. We use a minimal session identifier in your browser to associate your generated portrait with your device. No third-party tracking.

Your rights. Under GDPR and PDPA you may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing hello@imperialpaws.com.
