Terms & Conditions

1. Service. Imperial Paws ("we", "us") provides AI-generated portraits of dogs based on photos uploaded by users.

2. Digital product. Portraits are delivered electronically. As a digital product, all sales are final and non-refundable, with one exception: if the delivered image fails to render or contains a clear quality defect attributable to us, we will reissue or refund.

3. Acceptable use. You may use generated portraits for personal, non-commercial purposes including printing, sharing, and gifting. Resale or commercial licensing requires written permission.

4. Photo rights. By uploading a photo, you confirm you own the rights to it and grant us a temporary licence solely to generate your portrait.

5. Liability. Imperial Paws is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
